Jason focuses his mediation practice on insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. He mediates coverage disputes arising from any kind of insurance policy and at any stage of the litigation process—from pre-suit through appeal.

In addition to insurance matters, Jason mediates all types of civil and commercial disputes. He has mediated a wide array of cases, including contract disputes, construction defects and warranty claims, professional negligence, fraud, personal injury, employment disputes, quiet title actions, probate, creditor-debtor disputes, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and landlord-tenant disputes.

Jason conducts both Zoom and in-person mediations. He offers half-day and full-day sessions to accommodate disputes of different complexities.

The mediation fee includes Jason’s time for preparing for the mediation, holding pre-mediation calls with counsel, the mediation session, and reasonable follow-up work with the parties.

The fee schedule displays the amount owed by each party in a two-party mediation. A “party” is defined as one or more participants who are exclusively represented by the same counsel. The per-party fee may decrease for a multi-party mediation.
